About this class
Join a small group of fellow food lovers in a Roman kitchen and experience authentic Italian cooking.
This hands-on class is designed for both beginners and seasoned cooks, ensuring everyone leaves with new skills and a deeper appreciation for Italian cuisine. You’ll knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta, fill delicate ravioli with seasonal ingredients, and layer a classic tiramisu — all guided by an expert chef who leads the group with warmth, precision, and a touch of storytelling.
As wine is poured and stories of Roman kitchens are shared, the class becomes more than instruction. It’s laughter, discovery, and connection — an experience that unfolds naturally as you cook alongside others who share your love for food. By the end, you haven’t just taken a cooking class — you’ve shared a memorable Roman moment and created dishes together that are as delicious as they are satisfying.
