Ricotta and Spinach Filling

Ingredients
  • 500g Ricotta cheese
  • 60g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 80g Blanched and chopped spinach
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, granted Parmigiano, blanched and chopped spinach, ground nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Note: Quantities of each ingredient can vary depending on personal preferences and the desired consistency of the filling.
