Ingredients
- 20g egg yolk
- 30g icing sugar
- 120g mascarpone cheese
- cold unsugared coffee
- Savoiardo biscuits
- Bitter cocoa powder
Instructions
Begin by mixing well the egg yolk and sugar for at least 5 min.
Add the mascarpone cheese cold directly from the fridge
Mix all together for no more than 30 seconds.
Soak the savoiardi biscuits in the cold coffee.
Layer with the cream alternating the savoiardo biscuit.
Finish with bitter cocoa powder on top!
