- 100g durum wheat semolina flour
- 45g water
- 1g salt
Instructions
Pour the durum wheat semolina flour onto a clean surface and create a well in the center.
Pour the water into the well and begin mixing with a fork and then with your hand until the dough forms a ball.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Wrap the dough into plastic film and let it rest for 30 minutes before rolling it out and shaping as desired.
